Update Your Insurance Anytime!

Easily update your insurance information through your Therapy Notes client portal. Just log in, go to the Documents section, and click on the Client Insurance Form. Upload your new insurance details and a copy of your card.

Remember to include the subscriber’s DOB if it’s not your own, and note any secondary policies. Keeping your provider at ACG informed about any insurance changes ensures smooth billing and accurate collection of copays or deductibles.

Understanding Your Coverage

Mental health coverage varies significantly between insurance plans. Some plans may cover therapy sessions in full, while others may require you to pay a portion of the cost. To make the most of your benefits, we recommend that you take the time to familiarize yourself with your insurance plan’s mental health coverage. Here are some key questions to ask your insurance provider:

“Does my insurance plan include coverage for mental health services?”

“What are my benefits for in-office visits?”

“Are there any session limits or other restrictions on my coverage?”

“What are my benefits for telehealth visits?”

“What is my deductible, and how much have I already met?”

“Will I be required to pay a copay, and if so, how much is it?”
