Cassandra is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who received her Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and her Bachelors of Arts from Trinity Christian College. Cassandra believes deeply in the power of creating safe spaces for individuals to explore who they are, how they were created and ways that they can holistically move into spaces where they gain a deeper fullness of life. Cassandra enjoys working with a wide variety of clients both in terms of age as well as presenting problems. She has experience working with individuals with anxiety and depression, trauma, attachment issues, self esteem, gender issues, grief and loss, PTSD, relationship and interpersonal issues. She is comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into sessions at the request of the client. Cassandra is also trained in EMDR.

Before becoming a counselor, Cassandra worked with both middle school and high school students as a teacher, camp counselor and youth director. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside with her dog, Sophie, traveling, and going on adventures.
