Elizabeth believes there are many approaches to addressing the state of being we find ourselves living in. She practices holistic and integrative care that addresses the whole person – mind, body, spirit. She believes life is a journey, in which she offers support by creating, establishing, and maintaining open and direct relationships and communication with clients as they process through their experiences of feelings of isolation, grief and fears of loss, and concerns for the future. Her goal is to assist in bringing balance and restoring vitality and passions through a dynamic therapeutic practices. She focuses on helping individuals of all ages acknowledge the strengths they have and helps to bring relief to defeating thoughts and behaviors by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brief -Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Narrative Therapy.

Elizabeth earned her graduate degree from Spring Arbor University and holds a LMSW. She has been extensively trained in grief work, trauma, and caregiver stress.
