Joe is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), with his master of social work degree from Western Michigan University. Joe obtained his Bachelors of English from the University of Michigan.

As a therapist, Joe’s approach is person-centered, allowing the client to dictate how they would like to navigate their therapeutic journey. Within this approach, Joe also uses solution-focused brief therapy, where he walks through the process of clients reminding themselves of their strengths and building upon that notion. Joe works with teens, college aged, adults, families and couples. Joe is also a school social worker at Grandville High School.
