“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”― Maya Angelou. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I will work with you to explore your story so you may gain insight, healing, and growth towards authentic wholeness.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over twenty years of experience in higher education, mental health, and nonprofits. I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from The Seattle School of Psychology and Theology and a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University. I have completed additional training in grief therapy, spiritual direction, and the Enneagram. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one, divorce, illness, severed relationship, job loss, or a traumatic event. I will help you engage with your grief and meaningfully integrate this change into your life. My other areas of focus include anxiety, complex developmental trauma, stress management/burnout, spiritual issues, interpersonal development and women’s issues.

I utilize an integrated approach that melds relational, mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology and trauma-informed therapy. I am dedicated to offering you a compassionate space, where you feel safe to engage with your story and pursue a life of wholeness. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
