Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). Laura received her Master’s degree from Western Michigan University. Her focus is on teens and adults who are looking to improve their mental health and well being. Laura has a background working with numerous disorders including: School related issues, medical trauma, self-identity issues, complex trauma, anxiety, and substance use. She also helps those struggling with transitions and change. With a straightforward and honest approach, Laura assists her clients in understanding how their past and the present can create a positive future. Laura understands that taking the first step can be difficult. She places a high emphasis on maintaining a safe and judgement free setting where you are free to be yourself and come as you are.
