I provide secure telehealth virtual counseling for individuals, couples, and families who are
geographically distant or have COVID-19 or other health-related concerns. With years of
church-based pastoral care and private practice clinical counseling experience, I am passionate
about providing compassionate care and support to those facing life-challenging crises,
addictions, or mental health problems.
I assist clients in developing healthy life skills, overcoming addiction, resolving conflict, and
accessing needed resources to fulfill their personal, family, and vocational goals. I offer
Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling, Group Therapy, Men’s Issues, Grief Support, and
Conflict Mediation. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CAADC).
I have expertise in trauma therapy, working with children and adolescents (ages 5-17) and
adults of all ages. I specialize in helping clients overcome trauma, depression, substance use,
anxiety, and many other concerns. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT
(Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR). I also provide Trauma-Informed Parenting (TIP) counseling to support parents and
caregivers of traumatized children and adolescents.
I understand that life can be challenging and overwhelming, but I’m here to help. I welcome
anyone who needs support to reach out to me for assistance.
