Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor available via Telehealth. She enjoys partnering with both individuals and couples who are seeking personal growth and emotional healing. Susan recognizes the importance of providing support and intentional space to understand experiences, discover the impact of former and current relationships, and increase self-awareness.She has journeyed beside people exploring issues including adoption, anxiety, divorce, depression, family relationships, grief, infertility, life transitions, marriage, remarriage and blended families. In her home office,Susan has a framed quote written by the poet Mary Oliver which says “Tell me what it is you would like to do with your one wild and precious life?” She regularly ask this of herself and would love to help you answer it as well.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Calvin College and went on to complete her Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University.
